been dealing with lower back pain since my 50s. tried everything - chiropractor, PT, those weird back braces, you name it. nothing really helped long term. wife ordered this for her skin (?) but when it came I read the bottle and saw it said joint support. figured what the hell, I'll try it too. about a month in I noticed I wasn't reaching for ibuprofen every morning. now it's been almost 3 months and my back feels better than it has in years. I can work in the yard again without being laid up the next day. still can't believe a supplement actually worked but here we are. highly recommend if you're dealing with joint stuff.

honestly didn't think this would work but my daughter kept bugging me to try it. my knees have been killing me for like 3 years, couldn't even go grocery shopping without limping by the end. started taking these about 6 weeks ago and I'm not gonna lie, the first couple weeks I thought it was a waste of money lol. but then around week 3 I realized I walked through Costco and my knees didn't hurt?? now at week 6 I can go up and down stairs normal again. still have some pain but it's like 70% better. wish I tried this sooner instead of spending so much on creams and stuff that didn't do anything.
